# Overview

## Introduction

> Project Syndicate is a protocol hybrid which incorporates and builds upon Redacted Cartels hidden hand marketplace to bribe liquidity. The service is to build a marketplace where users and protocols can interact indirectly through the platform. The goal is to enhance and drive and route liquidity and users throughout the IBC channels to Comdex and its application.
>
> Syndicate plans to be a major player in the Comdex and IBC ecosystem and may work with new projects to incorporate Syndicate's platform into their own systems.

**Features:**

* **Syndicate Marketplace**: The Syndicate bribe marketplace is a permissionless hub where buyers and sellers meet to exchange votes for bribes. Delegating your voting power to Syndicate will maximize bribes on behalf of the user on the marketplace.
* **(s)Assets:** Syndicate assets are the first version of synthetic assets that are liquid locked positions giving users a liquidity option on their locked positions, and oppurtunity to boost LP/vault positions through the Harbor Platform.
* **DAO:** The Syndicate DAO will be managed by councils and leaders of the IBC and Comdex, which as a fiduciary of the users will vote in the best interest of the protocol and its investors
