# Fee Structure

The fees are structured as followed

* Fees as for service: For providing the service the Syndicate will take a .5% from the bribes collected which will be removed once the 100k bribe mark is hit.
* The Fee is 5% of the bribe from the protocol end. This fee will be tiered down based on revenue.

Here's how it works:

* Stride posts 100k in bribes to Ve-Harbor holders to vote for stride assets to receive emissions:
* Syndicate receives 4000 in STRD to mint to treasury
* 95k is distributed in bribes to holders of Ve-Harbor if they vote stride.
